Staff were all fantastic. Very welcoming abd very acommodating. Hotel is clean, nice selection of drinks and good food. The only niggle for me is the lack of car parking spaces.

Rooms were basic and somewhat presentable but tired and warn. Night porter was so rude. And everything was so expensive. Probably would look else where in future. I wouldn’t stay again.

Easy to find, parking was shocking thankfully I have a small car but the staff were all very accommodating and friendly. Presumably its only a 3* as some things are out of date and bathroom could do with an upgrade, more sealant etc but it was all mostly clean and the shower worked well. It was quiet considering the location although it was a Tuesday night we stayed

Not the best

Not the bestest sort I’ve stayed in when in the bathroom found a pill on the floor just some random pill don’t know who it was so obviously the room is not being clean. The toilet is downstairs didn’t have any hand wash and toilet tissue just chucked all over the floor. Very limited parking, which is a nightmare to say the least.

Needs an upgrade.

A little dated with no air con or fans in room. Car park has limited spaces which seem to be taken mostly by staff. Free parking is available after 6pm but paid parking on street is only for maximum of two hours. Walking distance to town and lots of good pubs near by.

Checked in early instructed to cheap parking . Room was clean but wasn't the same room as the pictures . We paid for an executive room but got a large suite with full kitchen more like a studio . We had a lot of stairs and corridors to walk

Good location, great staff but tired grubby rooms

Staff at hotel extremely friendly and polite, unfortunately room very disappointing.. Executive room booked, was sure we should have hsd a park view but we didn't. We booked 2 doubexec rooms but both almost the same... Dirty chair - see pic Dirt on outside if shower - sink and toilet clean but pic below of outside shower. Kettle completely limed up - see pic On the plus side bed clean and comfortable! CANNOT ADD PICS!
