"The buggy system was cumbersome and inconsistent. Don’t think it was a personnel issues but just the system. Could be 2-20 mins different so was hard to plan when they would come. North was very good to us the entire trip! Bill was excellent with customer service the entire time. Khim was excellent at the pool and the tour to the islands."

"We spent a week at the Am Samui resort, and had a great time! The staff was amazing, super nice and helpful, the beach is stunning and quite, hotel restaurant is really good and basically everything was fantastic. The rooms felt a bit old, we would find some ants walking on the floor everyday (which is OK when you're basically in a upgraded bungalow) but the sheets and bed was not so convenient and had a weird smell of their laundry detergent. Other then that everything else was really amazing, and for the price it felt super worth it. If you are looking for something simple and affordable this is a perfect place for a family."

"Beautiful beach that is well maintained. Be aware that there are a lot of small jellyfish and a few people were stung but the water is beautiful. The private villa pool was perfect. Bed was too firm but they were able to add a topper to it. Excellent air conditioning. It’s far away from most things but perfect if you just want to stay in and relax for a few days. Good restaurants within walking distance "

"This resort is amazing. A tranquil setting, excellent food and the best staff we have ever encountered. The location is isolated and extremely relaxing! It is the best waterfront experience that we have ever had in 53 years of traveling together. My wife came with a severe knee injury. The team took care of her every need. As a result she is now fully recovered. We will return again as often as possible. We have traveled extensively around the world and this resort is now one of our favorites. Dr William Boldt"
