"The hotel was amazing for the 15 hour layover time period we had in Bangkok. Excellent rooms with a very nice view of the river, and a very nice pool. Inside the building was a top notch supermarket and many dining options nearby. Close by is the Icons Siam mall - quite a busy mall with many restaurants and stores. From the airport to the hotel is like an hour plus ride by Grab due to the heavy traffic overall in Bangkok."

"Staff was top notch. So hospitable. The room was a nice size and you can’t beat the view of the river. The breakfast is a reason alone to come back. The location is also great for river ferry’s and the BTS."

"This is a gorgeous property on the river with amazing staff. Wonderful to watch the party boats on the river at night from a deck and the breakfast buffet is nothing short of spectacular. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at with riverboat delivery to the large mall."

"Property is starting to show age, but everything is clean and up to par. Sure, fancier hotels are in the area (Mandarin), but you'll pay 2x the price for a similar experience. Very nice river views, convenience to shopping areas, good for a couple of days."

"Staff are extremely helpful, warm and friendly. Jing and Check in was very helpful and even scheduled my taxi to arrive exactly the time I requested. Many shops are a few steps in the building. Night Street Market/ Street Food, restaurant etc are all walking distance. Would definitely stay here again."
