"Every member of staff was efficient, helpful and professional, the hotel is in a good location, just over the road is a tram stop, easy to get to all the towns amenities. I did not have the evening meal but did have the excellent breakfast everyday. I have stayed here before and will do again, it's very reasonable price.."

"⭐ 1/5 This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had. The reception staff were unhelpful and showed very little interest in resolving guests’ concerns. Customer service was poor throughout my stay. What made matters worse was that the booking information did not clearly state that the room had no refrigerator. I was travelling with two young children, aged 1 and 5, and I had made this clear when booking. Having no fridge available for a family with young children is extremely inconvenient. I was also shocked to find out that rooms are only cleaned every three days. This is unacceptable, especially for families with children. Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene should be a basic standard in any hotel, and waiting three days for room cleaning does not meet reasonable expectations. The lack of transparency, poor customer service, and inadequate housekeeping made this stay very frustrating. I will not be booking with this hotel chain again and cannot recommend it to other families."

"We had a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was great, with plenty of options and good quality throughout our stay. The only thing worth noting is that some facilities, such as the swimming pool, require an additional charge if you wish to use them. However, this did not take away from our overall experience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return in the future. Thank you to all the staff for making our visit enjoyable."

"A beautiful, bright and clean hotel close to the railway station and the famous Blackpool Beach. There was a misunderstanding regarding our booking - which included out dog - but this was very swiftly rectified. The reception staff were delightful. Because of the dog we could not dine in the restaurant (understandably) but because we were situated in the foyer, our meal was served and we were somewhat forgotten after that. Otherwise a great place to stay."

"Good location. Lovely greeting from the lady on reception. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast had lots of choice, sausage and bacon were particularly delicious. The only niggle we had was that the lights in the room had no option to dim..even a lamp for the evening would be an idea. Overall would stay again."

"We have stayed here before, I payed for a sea veiw room but got a room were we had to keep curtains closed when in room as the imperial hotel was our veiw we could see the sea if I was upto window and looked left could see a bit, couldn't change told it was full and on checking out told it was classed as a side veiw very disappointing and payed £20 extra for it"
