"Tolles modernes Hotel, gutes Frühstück, bequeme Betten, es riecht gut. Wellnessbereich ist schön, groß. Man muss allerdings zu den Zimmern ein paar Treppen gehen was natürlich störend mit Koffern ist. Und ein paar mehr Haken im Zimmer und Bad wären hilfreich. "

"Unser Aufenthalt war leider enttäuschend. Das Zimmer wurde selbst bis 12:00 Uhr mittags noch nicht gereinigt. Zudem gab es kein richtiges Mittagsessen – lediglich Toast, was für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie sehr enttäuschend ist. Der Service im Restaurant ließ ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Die Kellner waren unaufmerksam und man musste lange warten. Auch die Rezeptionistin war nicht besonders freundlich oder zuvorkommend. "The rugs were filthy. We were given a room on the second floor and we could hear a band playing. The breakfast wasn't appealing. The coffee didn't taste like coffee and the water came from a machine that dispensed dirty water. I had an allergy reaction in the dining room from what I believe was mold from the air conditioner because in the lobby the air conditioner was full of mold. Also, the shower head in the shower was broken."

"Right along the Lungomare Riviera Promenade, a 12 km coastal path that offers spectacular views and access to scenic towns and enticing restaurants along the way. I found the hotel’s breakfast buffet mediocre but their coffee and walnut pastry made up for the slack. Nightlife was also uneventful but bordering towns offered a broad variety of entertainment. Overall, we had an amazing time and the hotel staff made our check-in to checkout seamless and courteous."

"Lovely corner room with balcony overlooking sea and town. Bathroom wasn’t great. Very high bathtub so not for anyone small or with any mobility problems. Shower on wall which soaked bathroom because of its position. The breakfast was amazing with so much choice but an outdoor terrace would have been nice. Loads of sunbeds available. We were there during a heatwave and pool was uncomfortably hot, much nice in the sea"

"Super schönes, modernes Appartment. Pool und Außenanlagen sehr schön. Das Appartment ist super ausgestattet. Die Betten fanden wir sehr bequem. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit die einzigen Gäste. Wenn mehr Gäste da sind, kann es etwas hellhörig sein. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Die Vermieterin wohnt oben drüber in einer Wohnung und ist jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Sie sorgt stets für Ordnung. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!"

"I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel."
