We stayed in a deluxe room, which was extremely spacious, immaculate and luxuriously decorated. The breakfast buffet was superb, so many cooked and cold options and the pool was full length and perfect for swimming laps. The staff were also excellent and very attentive and the hotel was very close to the mall, walkable (just) even in the August heat & humidity, we loved our stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the room, to the amenities like the women’s only pool/spa, to the amazing breakfast buffet. What stood out most were the exceptional staff! Everyone was extremely diligent, kind & helpful. We would like to say a special thank you to mohedeine, who always went above & beyond!

Excellent stay from start to finish. Checking in experience with Shahid at front desk was warm and welcoming. Valet and front of house staff always friendly and helpful. Excellent spa facilities with segregation available - therapist saw us taking a look around on the first day and gave us a thorough tour which was useful. Room extremely spacious and hotel has a glam feel. Guest relations help set up some decorations for my wife's birthday (available at a fee) which she enjoyed. Would book again.

The rooms are big and spacious, with beautiful décor. Each room has its own walk-in dressing room with plenty of storage space. The breakfast was good, although the service can be slow after around 9:30am, especially at weekends. The SPA facilities are good, but they are spread across four floors, which can be quite inconvenient. The swimming pools are also all 1.5 metres deep, so they are not really suitable for young children. Half board includes breakfast and dinner. Dinner is from 5pm to 11pm, with a set menu rather than a buffet. This is a great option, as the food is excellent. You can choose between Latin American cuisine on the 5th floor and Chinese cuisine on the 44th floor. The front-door staff and housekeeping team are excellent. Most of the hotel staff are very friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. Check-in is not as smooth if you arrive during the night or early morning. The experience is not quite the same as checking in during the day. Overall, our stay was great, and we would definitely return.

Very disappointing. Elevator would not recognize room key multiple times. Staff were not efficient. Hair dryer was sticky and in bad condition. Poorly maintained hotel. Would not stay in this chain again based on my experience. There is a decent gym though and rooms were quiet.
