The Hotel is conveniently situated. The service was terrible, as we had a leak in the bathroom and despite multiple calls they never showed up to fix it, changed the room or even gave us a mop.

We had a family stay, my kids were on different floors but you cannot access these floors as your room card reader would not allow you to go on any floors in the lift apart from your own floor Very annoying. The rooms are tired and need a refit. Room service was not very good we had to ring reception every day to get towels and some days the rooms were only half cleaned. Extractor in bathroom didn’t work so you can imagine what happens there. Staff were nice and polite, the breakfast was ok. The beds are very comfortable.

VERY BASIC . NOT 4 STARS

We booked a twin room. We were put in a different room on the 1st night. Only after I complained the room was changed twice the next day. Very chaotic. The room was cleaned at different times every day. some days we arrived and there was no towels. Some days there was 2 towels but no bath mat. Reception service was OK. sometimes nobody answers the phone. The security outside was very pleasant and helpful.

The room was in a good condition when I arrived and the staff were very polite and helpful! The only bits of feedback I have are around the breakfast options! The breakfast options, while there are many are also very limited. I stayed for 6 nights and I only had a proper full breakfast for 1 day. They should think of maybe having a specific cuisine per day and basing their menu for the breakfast buffet on that as well as ensuring the temperature of the food is sufficient through having better food warmers. However, all staff that I encountered during this stay were so helpful. They practically saved my life when I had an allergic reaction and they ensured I was able to access medical care swiftly, so a huge shoutout to the security team at Central Inn! Reception staff and housekeeping were also so incredibly helpful as well as the bell hops and restaurant staff. Another piece of feedback is that our keys had constantly stopped working while we were there which required frequent trips to the reception to get the keys reset. Although this process is very swift, it was an inconvenience as it meant I had to constantly go downstairs to reception to have keys reset and reconfigured. As well as this, it would be great if they had the room numbers printed on the key card as this would make it easier for myself as I would sometimes carry the key cards of others in my group. Overall a 7/10 from me. Great hotel!
