"The room we were given smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. We insisted and were given another room that didn’t smell. Both rooms had “no smoking” signs clearly posted, but the hotel had placed ashtrays directly under the signs! Both rooms were also tiny and definitely overpriced by the standard of ..."
