"Didn't use the Bar, but staff were helpful and friendly. Suited our needs to stay in Shrewsbury, a lovely town to explore. Parking which needs to apt for a few minutes walk downhill near the river. No parking at the accommodation. "

"The Good: The rooms are decor are decent, the breakfast was pretty good and it's centrally located in Shrewsbury. The Not Good: The water out of the hand sink tap in the room was boiling hot on one side and freezing cold on the other. The coffee was bad. But the real issue was it's a busy pub in a busy part of the high street and there was music blasting until 12pm on Saturday night, then after that a constant stream of young clubbers screaming and shouting right outside the window, until about 5am. So we couldn't get any sleep at all. It was a joke really. Not entirely the establishments fault, but it should have been clearer when booking and the staff weren't very sympathetic."
