"The hotel locates near several tram terminals and subway station. It's very convenient to take trams to places in Budapest. The staffs are very patient and willing to help. The room is clean and very cozy, feel like at home, but the instant tea and coffee is insufficient. Be prepared to pay extra for 7% service charge, 4% tourist tax and 27% vat."

"Very central location with good transport links and a lot to do things. Shower screen faulty keep coming out of the runner could fall on person. Toilet bottom thick layer of yellow substance and stains on sofa. Very expensive bar menu."

"We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to others and stay here again. All the staff were so helpful and polite and didn’t hesitate to help when we had a small problem. The apartment itself was very clean, luxurious and mostly very spacious, particularly lots of bedroom storage. The only small criticism was that the shower room was tiny but this didn’t really impact us that much as everything else was so wonderful! Also, it was in a great location, 5 min walk to the metro...
