We were in Florida for a tournament and stayed here the first 3 days. It was the best part of our trip. We were close to all the Disney parks and shops. The staff at the Waldorf were so helpful in every aspect of our trip; directions, advice, park tips, restaurants, pool service, etc. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

If I could give this resort a 6/5, I would. Every staff member was so incredibly kind. We enjoyed our room, loved the pool. The food was exceptional! We will be back and cannot wait to stay here again!

The fact that I was able to bring my dog for my son’s disability is amazing. The staff treated my whole entire family great. All the amenities were available anytime, especially the staff in the pool. Kara was so attentive, she was the only waitress at the time on our side of the pool and she handle everyone with great customer service. For this reason I’ll be sure to come back very soon. Great experience

We loved our stay at the Waldorf Astoria. Property is beautiful in and out. We loved the location. It was quiet and very safe. The Shuttle service to the different parks (Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot and Hollywood Studios) and Disney Springs was very useful and drivers were super nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again.

The resort and staff were great! Joey, Michelle and Leo were great at attending us at the Oscar’s Brasserie. The pool service was great, and you are able to share the lazy river with the signia hotel next door. My wife enjoyed the mother-to-be spa service as well. I highly recommend Waldorf Astoria for your stay at Orlando!

Staff was extremely helpful. New hotel. Nice to have cafe etc. -best meal of trip was teriyaki salmon at bar!!! Great for a Disney vacay( free transfer to parks) with LESS little kids. Eventually may be nice to have sundries shop, another restaurant but great hotel. Also suggest a few suites with washer dryer would be helpful.
