"As soon as we checked in, I had to call to get our room re-cleaned. There were sticky globs on the vinyl floor and bedside tables. Our room had an upstairs sleeping area and the carpeted staircase had visible stuff in the carpet. When the cleaning staff swept the stairs, the dustpan was covered in the dirt and bits of trash that wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. And the water park area was gross too. Even when we arrived within half an hour of park opening, there were globs of hair and old bandaids on the ground. And the water features were flowering with rust. We’ve been to other GWL before and I was really really disappointed in the way this one was managed."

"Comfortable beds and I’ve had my fair share of stays. I would have loved a full Starbucks cafe but there are great coffee places nearby. They have a great outside chess set and fire place patio. "

"It was OK if you just need a place to sleep at night. Pool is pretty small. Some areas didn't smell great."

"Our hotel room's air conditioning did not work. The weather was not bad so we dealt with it. The stay was work related and we were in and out and did not have time to get corrected. I will be staying by the DFW airport again this week, just not sure if the stay was worth the $$$. "

"We stayed here for a total of three nights. Overall, the hotel was good. The floors in the room were a bit sticky. Front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We stay here every year for Dupree. See ya next year!!"
