"I'll probably stay again because the location is good. They are in the middle of renovations but that didn't bother me. I couldn't decide if my room had been renovated or not. It had all the regular amenities and the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom door wouldn't open all the way because it runs into the toilet and the hot and cold water in the sink was on the opposite side of the H and C on the faucet. I appreciate the uncarpeted floors because they seem much more sanitary than carpet....

"We enjoyed the breakfast selection, Air conditioning was great. When I booked the room I didn't notice it was pet friendly. I do like dogs, the only downside to the cleanliness was that our room was not swept properly, nor was the bedding cover cleaned. Dog hair everywhere in our room (I sat on the bed and got covered in it) LOL. Otherwise a great stay!"

"It was a reasonable rate and good for a quick layover on my trip. Only had carbs for breakfast, no protein or fruit. Carpets were badly stained. Th morning staff were friendly and helpful."

"The staff here are all great but the condition of this property is concerning. The carpets in the hallway have a unpleasant pungent smell that could be compared to wet dog foot. The elevator moves as slow as a tortoise with all of its legs surgically removed and I was afraid it might break down at any moment. While traveling up the the elevator I noticed pebble rocks placed on some of the roofing. The beds and pilllows were comfortable but god only knows what they looked like underneath the...

"I was there for 1 night. Not a bad place but not a “highend” room. Just a plain jane room. Room was clean, one of the towels did have small stains on it. Overall, its a great place to stay for a couple nights."

"The team at The Sparrow couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Jodi and her son gave fantastic recommendations for where to visit/eat/drink, were responsive via text, and helped us figure out how to best unload a carful of stuff into our room! The lobby is really well appointed (check out Bananagrams at the game table upstairs!) while the coffee shop is fantastic (the almond/lemon drink was phenomenal). The room was comfortable and spacious, and overall we had a great time. Thank you, Jodi!"

"The hotel is not up to brand standards. It’s more along the lines of a Super8 The airport shuttle was dangerous. There’s one bus that picks up guests at other hotels first. When it arrived, every seat was taken and we had to stand with the floors overfilled with luggage that was rolling around with turns The elevator was broken on the morning of check out"
