The hotel itself is decent - decent food, nice room, the staff is kind. We had a bad experience with their gym - which is the reason we picked this hotel in the first place. It has very limited opening hours - 10-18, which we adjusted our plans for. Then, when we got there at 10, it was locked (because it's in the spa and the reception was not there). Despite going to the front desk it took over 40 minutes for us to get in and start using it. And then it had very limited equipment and no AC. In conclusion - don't come for the gym.

Όμορφο δωμάτιο και πολυ καλο το ξενοδοχείο. Δυστυχώς δεν χρησιμοποιησαμε την πισινα λογω καιρου. Το προσωπικο στη ρεσεψιον ηταν αψογο αλλα στο εστιατόριο θα περίμενα καλυτερο σέρβις. Σε εμγενικες γραμμες ολα ηταν υπέροχα!

Olemme reissanneet paljon, enkä muista toista hotellia, jonka hinta-laatusuhde olisi ollut näin hyvä. Huoneet, joista oli näkymä altaille ja merelle, olivat hyvät; ruoka oli hyvää; paikat olivat siistit ja hyvässä kunnossa. Lokakuussa hotellissa oli suht hiljaista, enimmäkseen saksalaisia eläkeläisiä, eikä animaatio enää pyörinyt, mikä ei meitä haitannut.

The only thing we liked was the staff, that was friendly and helpful! The rest is like going back in time! The hotel is in a bad condition, There is no care for the beach, that is full of stones, you need flip flops to go around.

Eine sehr freundliche und gepflegte Anlage. Das Buffett wurde bis zur Schließung z.B. Abends 22.00 Uhr aufgefüllt, so das auch jeder die volle Auswahl bis zum Schluss hatte. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Wir könne es weiter Empfehlen.

Perfect Place to Relax

My family and I recently stayed here on holiday. I must be honest, it was much better than I expected! For being buffet food, it was all really delicious... And the hotel offered a nice variety so each night you had different options. The hotel grounds were really beautiful. We enjoyed lounging by the pool every day. They only have one working tennis court, even though the website says they have two. This was a little frustrating because sometimes there would be a long wait to use the tennis court. Also, the rooms were a little worn and showing age, but that wasn't a problem because we were hardly in the room! Our first room the A/C did not work, so the next day, they kindly moved us into a new room. Overall, this was a great stay and I would definitely go back again.

Konzept passt nicht

Wir waren in der letzten Woche bevor das Hotel in die Winterpause geht dort. Es gab keinen beheizten Außenpool und der Innenpool stand den All in Gästen für eine 3/4 Stunde am Tag zur Verfügung...Kinder dürfen den Innenpool nur in der Zeit von 9.00 Uhr bis 13.00 Uhr besuchen, hat man nur Halbpension muss man für eine 3/4 Stunde 12 € bezahlen....dies ist auf alle Fälle sehr ärgerlich, wer eine Hundeallergie hat...ist vollkommen fehl am Platz...die All.in -Getränke ...sind qualitativ nicht gut....Das Hotel ist sehr abgelegen....Entspannung pur...wer Ruhe möchte...Das Essen ist vielseitig und schmeckt...besonders die süßen Sachen...Das Personal ist sehr freundlich...Über die Sauberkeit kann man nichts sagen...alles okay Wir haben uns gut erholt ..wir hatten super Sonne , als es in Deutschland stürmte...Anfang November.

Entspannter Urlaub in Nachsaison

Das Hotel ist schön und die Anlage weitläufig. An einigen Stellen ist jedoch der Lack definitiv ab und es besteht Renovierungsbedarf. Man darf also nicht ganz so genau hinschauen. Das Personla ist super freundlich und es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Wir wurden von einem normalen Doppelzimmer in einen Strandbungalow upgegraded. Diesen kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen! Die Bungalows liegen am Strand und sind ruhiger als die Doppelzimmer im Haupthaus. In der Hauptsaison wäre mir das Hotel zu voll. Für den Wellnessbereich muss man 12€ extra zahlen, wenn man nur Halbpension gebucht hat und man darf nur maximal 45 Minuten pro Tag dort verweilen. Das war ärgerlich, da das nirgendwo vorher erwähnt wurde. Der Wellnessbereich ist aber auch nicht schön und sehr renovierungsbedrüftig! Das Essen ist ok, aber nichts besonderes. Nach 10Tagen wurde es etwas langweilig, da wenig Abwechlung geboten wird. Es ist aber für jeden etwas dabei. Man sollte einen Mietwagen haben, da in der näheren Umgebung wenig los ist. Mit dem Miettwagen kann man aber viele tolle Ausflüge unternehmen.

Hotelanlage 4 **** Wert, Food & Service 1*

Wir waren als Familie, 6 Personen, jeweils Paarweise im Dion Palace zu Gast. Schon beim einchecken wurden wir verärgert also obwohl wir gleichzeitig alle Zimmer gebucht und im Voraus den vollen Preis bezahlt hatten, wurde uns erzählt das in einem Zimmer ein Wasserschaden sei und deshalb musste jemand von uns in ein anderes Zimmer gehen, da wir noch 2 Hunde dabei hatten mussten wir schauen das wir mit den Hunden zusammen bleiben und somit die Grosseltern in das andere Zimmer gehen mussten. Komischerweise war ein Zimmer frei plötzlich obwohl ich 1 Monat vorher angefragt hatte ob noch ein Zimmer frei sei da noch ein Paar mit uns mitkommen wollte und mir gesagt wurde das Dion Palace sei ausgebucht. Auch lag dieses "Notfall" Zimmer oberhalb der Küche und somit stank es abartig nach Küchenabfall sobald man die Balkontür öffnete und wir denken das da jemand reklamiert hatte und unser Zimmer einfach vergeben wurde bevor wir angereist sind. Ich hatte auch an der Rezeption bescheid gegeben sie sollen schauen das die Grosseltern umziehen können da sie krank sind und nicht auf Treppen laufen können, sie hatten es sich nicht mal auf geschrieben aber sagten jaja machen wir, natürlich waren sie in diesem Zimmer bis zur unserer abreise! Bis auf diesen Vorfall war das Hotel wirklich 4 Sterne Wert also 3 Pools, Privatstrand nur für Hotelgäste inkl. Liegenstühle Poolbar, Restaurant etc.

hotel de très bon confort, personnel attentif

Un séjour confortable et calme en fin de saison. Buffets variés, chambres spacieuses avec belle terrasse, piscines impeccables, Spa en bon fonctionnement Personnel attentif. Très bon séjour en bord de mer, au calme et au pied de ...l'Olympe. Une seule animation hebdomadaire en soirée. Vu la géographie des lieux une voiture semble indispensable si l'on souhaite faire des visites: Météores, Vergina, Ville de Katerini tres commerçante....; aucun transport en commun.

Très très loin de l'aéroport et très bruyant

il m'a fallu au bas mot 2 heures de transport en commun pour atteindre l'hôtel vraiment perdu puisqu'il est même relativement loin du petit village dont il dépend. Je pensais au moins que de part ce fait j'allais être au calme mais pas du tout... Cet établissement est en partie fréquenter par des familles russe qui ne surveillent pas leurs enfants qui courent et hurlent à peu près partout dans le complexe. Aucune activité pour essayer de les regrouper et de les occuper à des jeux. La piscine principale est assaillît quasiment tout le temps par des familles bruyantes et sans aucune gêne ! Sans compter que dans chaque différente zone du complexe il y a de la musique non stop extrêmement forte! Sur les photos promotionnelles de la plage on peut croire qu'il n'y a que du sable mais en fait c'est une mer de caillasses et pas vraiment très propre! L'alimentation du buffet est tout juste acceptable pour un soit disant 5 étoiles, généralement froide et peu variée... Wi fi soit disant très rapide de partout ce qui n'est pas le cas... Prix exorbitant pour des boissons ou cafés immondes... Je donnerai tout juste un 3 étoiles à cet établissement qui est complètement défraîchi, beaucoup de fissures et matériaux abîmés... L'équipe était cependant agréable même si ils travaillaient de 6:00 à 23:00 en restauration ( peut être avec quelques petites coupures) sans jour de repos! Je suis déçue de cette première expérience, je ferais plus attention pour ma prochaine réservation.
