"The Inn is easy to find with ample parking. My concerns centred on strong, damp like smelly in my room. Curtains that couldn't be closed properly. With the main door not being locked at night, security was very poor. I was woken by a disturbance outside my door during the night it was very unsettling. All these issues might have been easier to raise with staff had they been approachable. It took the duration of the trip for the person at reception to smile and be friendly. Would definitely not...

"DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN with this review! I never write a bad review But this, THIS WAS UNSPEAKABLE EVENTS!! I am pretty sure the pics that are on the site for advertising are from a completely different hotel all together ok. Nothing, NOTHING that was included in my booking was even an option when i got there. 1 On street vicinity parking: if you consider 12 bocks away in the vicinity. 2 once you got to the hotel you had to turn around and walk back to a different hotel to check in 3....

"The tv did not have a signal to any channels, the water pressure was so low the toilet did not flush properly and the bed was very uncomfortable and the view was a brick wall. The tv and toilet issues were reported at the property but no one came to fix them"

I have been to many such celebrated hotel older then this and it is well maintained and have caring staff to take care of hotel."

"We were booked to stay here 3 nights with our friends in the room next door. Both rooms so tiny you could hardly fit in. In one of the rooms black mold covered ceiling above shower. Curtains falling off rods in both rooms, our room had a hole punched in the wall. Windows in both rooms covered with pigeon poop and a flock of pigeons right outside our rooms meant we couldn’t open the windows, Neither room should have been used for guests in the condition they were, especially the one with black...

"Lovely hotel with views of the firth, welcoming, warm and helpful staff, a delicious dinner and a comfortable bed. They went above and beyond and gave us a ride to the airport the next morning! Highly recommend!"

"Great location and the restaurant food was great. Be advised that you have to bring bags up a few steps because there is no elevator. The owner was wonderful and gave us great recommendations for dining and entertainment."
