Shilo Inn Suites Hotel - Killeen
The staff was amazing especially Kayla at the front desk. She accomodated us to be closer to our family that was also staying there. She went above and beyond. I hope they see this review!

Could not check in after 5 lost my reservation.. left me outside instead of helping me firgure out why my reservation was lost even tho I had a reservation number.. front desk said we don’t have this reservation and walked out because they was closing in a few. She didn’t want to help so she disappeared ...
