"The room was clean but lacked a few things .they had a A small alcove to hang your clothes no draws to put your underwear in so we had to keep them in the pockets of our suitcase.door didn’t lock properly you could push it open when you locked it.had work men in fixing the heating only three staff on.whenwe we arrived told us the restaurant was closed because of shortage of staff.if we would have been told this when we applied to book a room by sandbanks we wouldn’t have booked.l believe we...

The towels were spotless.The room had everything that you needed such as tea and coffee, buscuits and a hair dryer. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was amazing. "Room was spacious with lots of amenities, but was not clean with damp smell. Toilet seats need changing. Water from both shower sprinkles with no force. Apart from these issues, hotel is located in a quiet area with good views from room. "

"Another superb nights stay. Parking is off-road and right outside the property. The room was plenty big enough, very clean and it a great condition. The bathroom is a good size with an excellent shower. Breakfast was top notch and a quick service. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I'd be more than happy to stay there again."
