"As if being in a castle isn’t awesome enough, the staff is so friendly, accommodating and helpful. The grounds and rooms were exceptional. Gorgeous. The restaurant for dinner had amazing food and service. I honestly can’t say enough about this property. They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent!
