"Staff was really friendly I had driven all night and got there a bit earlier but they found me a room and got me checked it was a clean room quiet couldn’t hear outside noise bed was comfortable and the room was spacious tv had all channels and the bathroom was clean although one t tile was slightly cracked but other than that my stay was great and really nice staff"

"It's not the Ritz Csrlton, but it's clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and inexpensive. It was a safe place for me and quiet. They had a little problem with my check out. They thought it was one day earlier but I went to the office and they assured me it's was their mistake. They were very good about it and apologized. Overall I only stayed there to sleep and enjoyed my time there 😊 😃 😀"

"I have never met a friendlier or better trained staff in 50+yrs of travel. Trained to call you by name; surprise xtra’s on night turndown. Low key hospitality and excellent food. I will remember the Salt and Meadow yeast rolls as “best ever”. Upstairs halls could use touch up paint and artwork but room was immaculate and bed/pillows etc very comfortable."

"A tiny cottage… yes it was, but very nicely maintained, clean, comfortable and oh so Peaceful! So beautifully quiet at night. A bon fire each night when I was there. Welcoming for my dogs. The owner was so friendly… very nice …personable to speak with. I did enjoy my stay. Very relaxing. Minutes to downtown Cape Charles."

"Our stay in one of the cottages was so wonderful! From check in to check out the staff were so kind and helpful. The children in our group enjoyed every amenity of the campground. All of the grounds were well maintained and kept. I have nothing but positive things to say and our family will definitely be coming back!"
