Probably would have stayed a couple of days less than we did so we could explore more than we did, but it was a nice time. Beds are quite hard, furniture could use an update, and a few minor amenities would be a bonus (dish washing towels, washing machine tabs, utensils). Interior was clean, just outdated. Kids loved the cats, and I have been asked to rename: Calico = Filepé (loves cuddles) Older Calico = Shortie Gray Tabby = Nina & Lina (bigger) Tabby with white = Georgie Skiddish dark cat = Shadow Overall great time and would recommend."

"This is a very nice hotel overall (close to town, beautiful grounds, wonderful staff) but it is located on a busy street with ongoing two-wheeler traffic, and the neighbor's dog who barks in the middle of the night. It took us ear plugs and sleeping pills in order to fall asleep. I want to reiterate how nice Maria and her staff was, but the fact remains that if you can't sleep while on vacation, it's a problem!"
