"This is a really nice place to stay. It’s within walking distance of MANY restaurants and shops of different varieties and price points. Everything is so convenient and the hotel itself is very nice. Clean and spacious rooms. The front desk is always staffed. We were there for 5 days and asked for the optional housekeeping for a nominal charge and it was efficient and convenient. We felt very safe at all times. We had a room with a balcony and the views were nice. I would stay here again and I highly recommend. "

"The views and rooftop are top notch. Rooms are perhaps a little sparse, but the towels and soaps/shampoos are nice. You can tell this is a Mexican chain given the generic Nescafé pods, basic lower quality flooring, and lack of any cable channels on the TV. As a business traveler and pkebrt of things going on in the world, it was disappointing not to have at least CNN and business news channels along with ESPN. Overall is was very nice accommodation and very clean. A part of the shower glass somehow came of track and cracked/sliced me but the hotel was very quick to respond, change my room and offer antiseptic. I was very happy with their care and response to random one off. I will stay here again. The location is great. "

"The whole hotel is amazing and luxurious. Breakfast is incredible. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable, with all the conveniences like robes and toiletries. Showers are big. Elevators are lightning quick. And everyone is really helpful. Can’t wait to stay here again. "

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a una cuadra de la Ave. Reforma. El personal, tanto el de recepción como el del desayuno, muy amables y atentos. El desayuno es sabroso pero un poco limitado en las opciones. Los cuartos tienen buen tamaño, están muy limpios, son acogedores y no se oye el ruido de la calle. Todo está nuevo e impecable, ya que abrió apenas en agosto de 2025. Tiene un gimnasio en el sexto piso muy bien equipado y limpio. El único detalle que no me gustó es que el edificio se mueve constantemente porque me explicaron que es a prueba de sismo. Lo recomiendo y de regresar a CDMX me volvería a quedar. "

"Great property, built in 2024, the rooms are big size, bathrooms are amazing, beds are comfortable. Good location with a great bar and cafe across the street and some great dining options down the street with convenience stores like 7 11 and circle. Two issues staff can work on 1) breakfast was terrible, same options everyday with omelette and waffle. We expected some Mexican options like molcete which is not hard to make, but the omelettes as is were terrible. I make much better at home 2) non heated outdoor rooftop pool..the pool timings are 6am -11 pm and it's not heated, so it's totally unusable most of the time. The pool area itself is nice but we couldn't use it"
