On arrival at the hotel I was placed in a room facing the construction. Returning to reception to complain I was given another room. That room was slightly quieter from the main construction noise. It's outside the city center (30 to 40 minutes on foot), the rooms are tiny and certainly not what you would expect of a hotel that is rated 4 stars, the breakfast is ordinary and repetitive. They also have a nickel and dime attitude that is deplorable. As an example, they give you one litre of water the first day that you arrive, but want you to pay for it starting on the second day. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and although we were a bit concerned about after hours check-in using a lock box to get room key, details provided were excellent and access was seamless. It has a great location, and despite just off main avenue, it was very quiet. This is a 3-star property meaning there are no extra amenities like restaurant, gym or pool so wouldn't recommend for families with kids. It's good value for someone looking...

"Loved my stay. Hotel was amazing with brilliantly helpful staff. Accommodation was as advertised so immediately we could enjoy the holiday. We chose half board. Breakfast was a feast with so many options. Nothing too difficult. So many choices of restaurants included in the dinner options. Safe main road with plenty of shops, restaurants, fast food and bars.
