"Very pleased that i got a free upgrade for using hotels.com. The deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I felt safe and secure as single female traveller. Hotel is conveniently located. My personal feedback for improvement is for the hotel to look into the cleanliness of their bedsheets and service at the restaurant. Overall, it was a good value for money stay for me. "
