"Had a wonderful stay. Everything was excellent, but the highlight was definitely the breakfast and dinner buffet layout with a fantastic spread. The staff were extremely professional and courteous, especially Mr. Amin and Mr. Waleed, who truly know how to treat guests. "I should've been in here by 2 pm. But i got here little late. They had me waited for long time. They were gossiping with each other, laughing using phones. But rather than that everything else was cool. Food is expensive here. Outside food is not allowed. Water bottle is only given upon requested."

"This hotel is very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Location is very good for access to other parts of the city but not the best place for shopping if that is important to you. Staff were excellent and helpful. Only negative I can think of was that the check out took longer than expected as the staff took a while to do a final room check."

"Staff is rude and opportunist. Case 1: I asked whether any airport pick up service. Actually they don't hv it, but the hotel person said yes, they have it. He took money from me and then as a middle man made agreement with another taxi service company, paid them half of what I gave and dat company messed up. I had to pay again some extra to that taxi company such as airport parking fees. I took the van with high cost considering of security since picking up midnight. The purpose was not served...
