"charming hotel in a small city in the central entertainment district."

"Good location"

"Is as advertised. A good and convenient spot to escape to. Beds were comfortable and room amenities were nice. Beats a regular hotel any day of the week. Good neighborhood. Somewhat noisy at night and early morning. It’s surrounded on all sides by the city life and businesses next to you are opening up while you’re sleeping at 7am. So don’t count on sleeping in if city life noise is an issue. This is smack in the middle of Covington by the way. And if you’ve never been here that’s worth noting....

"Everything was wonderful!"

"Stayed there for a week. The tv was old, limited tv channels. I wished it was better communication about them not being able to provide a microwave in the room. I wasn’t told or updated about anything till I asked when I checked my room and there wasn’t any. Also one of the elevator broke that day. Used the elevator in the dark. Creepy. But my room card kept on not working. But that’s okay. Staff was helpful. Also the phone in the room didn’t work? They didn’t have a do not disturb sign in my...

"It’s a nice quiet facility. The only issue was the bar never opened last night."

"No complaints other than the free breakfast was other than the bare minimum."

"The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...

"It was a lovely old home that has been beautifully redone on the inside."

"Extremely kind hostess who personally cooked and served a high quality breakfast every morning. Swiss Family Robinson Room, on 4th level of a house on a hill, was beautiful and very comfortable, especially with windows open on cool October nights;"

"Lots of choices for breakfast and was brought to your room. Received a free upgrade which was a nice surprise"

"Was a mess with construction lots of maintenance needed"

"Room was clean"
