"I am 83 years old and travel with my dog. This was a very safe place for us to stay clean welcomed and nicely at the front desk and plenty of places to get food up and down the road as well as to walk by little guy. I stay here every time I travel through thunder Bay, which is once out west once back twice a year."

"Everything is new and modern and so beautiful. The washer and dryer in our suite was so appreciated. The only downturn at all was the booming music that started at 3 or 4 AM in the room beside us, and that wasn’t the fault of the hotel or owners, but of really inconsiderate guests - who were evicted the next day! I appreciate the apology from the hotel and the way they dealt with the problem. I highly recommend the Lux Hotel & Suites. I’ll definitely stay again!"

"Our experience was incredible. The manager on duty that evening was amazing got us taken care of and when our room type was not available upgraded up to make our trip better. They also have a special little package for our dog which we loved how much they thought of him to."
