There was litter in the parking lot when we pulled in. Just the general vibe was uncomfortable outside. We were there on Mother’s Day and many restaurants were closed.
We had to ask twice to be moved because the first room smelled like an ashtray. The gentleman host apologized and wondered aloud why it was “in rotation” since the previous guests had been fined for cigar use. Once in our new room, there was a family of animals above us. We called the room directly, telling them it sounded like they were going to come thru the ceiling. It did not stop. We then called the front desk, with no answer. He did call back and made the family of animals move across the hall.
Would not recommend.
