It was explained at check-in the wi-fi was out & a cancelation was offered. Kept room but wish it was explained further that no wi-fi also meant no tv. The staff gifted two snacks per person from gift shop for inconvenience. Had to use mobile hot spot and drain my cell phone to allow devices to work. Our bathroom floor was dirty, bits of unknown items on the floor. The pool water looked dirty but it ended up being the liner not pool water that was dirty. Pool was truly great and very deep! The staff was cordial and could see they worked hard and were seen cleaning the main lobby areas The hotel was okay but not great. At midnight there was a lot of loud conversations in the hallways. As a single female traveler it did make me uncomfortable. I would said the hotel was fair, a decent price and if there was WiFi and tv I would return.

Room wasn’t very clean when I checked in. Toilet was dirty, bathtub was dirty, ants all over the room. Stayed six nights and never got maid service the whole stay. Good location and the staff was very nice but I would not stay there again

This was my second stay at this Red Roof Inn, and it was significantly worse than my first. The first time, the property was clearly dated and in need of renovations, but the large, warm pool made up for many of the shortcomings. The room was clean, and despite issues like broken laundry machines and worn common areas, I left satisfied because the pool was the main reason I booked the hotel. This time, the experience was completely different. The pool was not heated and was so cold it felt like an ice bath. Another guest described it as a cold plunge and left almost immediately. My kids were excited to swim, so we stayed, but it took a long time just to tolerate the water. The only positive is that my kids still managed to have fun. I reported the issue to the front desk, but they were unhelpful and didn't seem interested in looking into it. The room was also unacceptable. The bedsheets were dirty, the bathroom door wouldn't close, and the towels looked dingy. Instead of staying overnight, I packed up and left after swimming because I didn't feel comfortable spending the night. I rarely leave one-star reviews, but this one is deserved. Between the unusable pool, poor room condition, and lack of response from staff, I won't be returning.

I stayed 3 nights with my infant & I can't say enough positive things about the staff. Everyone I talked to was super helpful & smiled while working. I would definitely stay there again! Plus my room was huge (1 king bed, non-smoking).

Overall clean the shower curtain was to short.and not enough towels had to get more other then that was a nice stay people and staff are friendly. Staff was truly helpful especially the girl who checked us in had a great sense of humor and went right along with my husbands jokes. She was super friendly and made us feel welcome.
