Great Improvements

Much more attention to detail than the last few years. Nice linens on the bed, nice big high-def television, clean room, no cracks and unfinished repairs in the bathroom. New management is turning the motel around!

From desk was nice. He said they were upgrading me because they ran out of room for the size that I picked. The first one he gave me smelled like mildew as soon as you open the door. The second one he gave me was better. However, the CV did not turn on. This will be the last time we're staying here.

Clean and comfortable

This is a very basic hotel. No breakfast. But clean and comfortable, which is what you want. I would have liked one or two USB ports in the room, and coffee in the office available earlier than 8am. Otherwise, it was great.

The service in the office was great ! The rooms have plumbing issues and broken drawers in the rooms. My 12 year old son and I were sleeping and woke up to at least an inch of water all over the floor drenching our clothing and belongings. The front office gave us a different room but did not accommodate the $70’s in laundry I had to do at the laundromat.
Plumbing mess that has been an existing matter at the property. We had 2 garbage bags of clothes that were drenched along with 2 pair of ruined shoes .
This was after the inch of water was up off the floor and drenched our clothes not to mention 10 degrees that made it mostly ice
More plumbing mess. The staff didn’t even offer to accommodate us other than giving us another room

My room had bugs in it, shower had black mold, the room smelled bad. The staff was nice but multiple times the construction workers fixing the hotel tried to come into my room to fix something. Never again.

For starters, after booking online I was told they required a 50$ deposit for the room after paying with a debit card they told me it took 3-5 business days for a reimbursement. Once checked in noticed the Lock on door was broken. Cleanliness was very poor. Air conditioning was next to nothing. Comfort was not present. La as lackluster and subpar stay at best.

My stay over new years

I was pleased with the price and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in while on the road. The shower was good and so were the towels. The tv was adequate but barely! On the negative side, people made a racket above me and beside me every night into the wee hours. It was disturbing and it went on for 4 nights. It sounded like someone was working on building something or repairing something. Outside in the parking area right outside my door was a car jacked up with a tire removed and some of the suspension lying underneath it. In 50 years of travel this was a first and I must say it left a negative impression on me as I would never let someone repair their car in my parking lot if I ran a hotel. Makes the place look less hospitable in my opinion. Overall, aside from the noise, it was very adequate and I’ll probably stay there again to see if the second time is an improvement over the first visit! Also, the room could use usb outlets on the bedside table. That is very common in hotels as I travel!
