This is an under staffed hotel. Checked Friday to an aged, sparse room, Toilet hanle was broken and it ran constantly, electronic temperature guage was confusing and teded to land on 64F or 76F. Stained linens. No housekeeping even though requested No trash pick up. No fresh towels, Response from desk, "Yeah, we were short handed so some rooms didnt get done. You can come pick up clean towels at the front desk. We dont have anyone to do it. Bonvoy-AGE Courtyard Marriott! I will never stay there again. Two other national brands in same parking loi. Try one. They dont deserve your business

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff. Only downside was for food and beverage service we had to wait a while to be served. Same staff that checks you in runs the cafe and bar so if they are checking in guests, they cannot serve you until they are done.

Hotel is quiet and really close to restaurants and a grocery store. Staff was friendly and helpful. Workout room was clean and all equipment was working. Pool/hottub was a bit old/dingy but still clean. Also, pool temp was nice and warm and hot tub was hot.

I went with my daughter on a car service road trip to the Detroit are from Chicago :-) She Drive an Electric vehicle that the brand didn’t have a dealer service center in Chicago yet, I decided for us to stay overnight at the courtyard by Marriott at Farmington hills, Excellent selection we just love it, highly recommend you have everything close by you won’t be disappointed.

I would not recommend anyone to stay here if you expect good service. Your money will spend well everywhere, but good service is definitely hard to find. There are so many incidents of poor service for me here. I cannot list them all. I will be happy to leave.

I stayed two nights. Came in real late and they got me registered quickly. Great staff, very clean. I was surprised to see that my room was not cleaned while I was away. Gone early, back late. Usually there is a sign or they tell you. Was just more of a surprise.

The pool and tub were dirty. Pool was cloudy.. Hot Tub had a lot of bubbles with what looked like dirt on it … Counter staff was very helpful and friendly..

Clean and easily accessible. Thankful for staff working the holiday. Heater in room 310 had a VERY noisy fan. So had to keep the temp down otherwise it kept us up night.

I was disappointed that there appeared to be an on-site restaurant which really was more of a glorified cafeteria and no decent dining close. The room was clean and comfortable and not noisy which was good.

Really nice place. Clean, updated, friendly staff. Nice bathrooms and pillows. Close to where we needed to be. Starbucks and lots of restaurants nearby. We had loud neighbors who kept us up so I guess the walls are thin but that was a bummer. Also could hear a lot of interstate traffic when trying to sleep so make sure the A/C fan is on continuous to help drown out the noise. Beds were like super ultra firm. Didn’t get great sleep but the place was nice overall.

The pool/hot tub was kind of dirty and not kept up with. Our room smelled of a lot of cleaning chemicals or the bedding was washed in something funky. Wall with the window on it, looked like it wasn't finished being painted.
