Not necessarily the hotels fault but people in the room across from us yelling in the middle of the night and they had a dog in the hallway at 3:30am. Then the police came.. more yelling. We barely slept..
Under the bed had trash, the shower was dirty
Also someone walked in my room because they were told that was the room they were supposed to be in
Also it seemed like a hotel for the locals to come and get rooms the staff kept telling people not to have parties or they would get out out
There were people smoking weed outside the pool sitting area
It was a very strange stay we left early checked out 10pm the night before we were to leave and just drove home
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. It is disgusting. There is black mold on the ceilings in the rooms. Hair under the pillows and blankets. There was even hair on the ceiling of the bathrooms inside the rooms. We asked for a refund & the manager did not want to work with us. We argued for 2 hours. He also stated the rooms were “used” because we messed up the bed & they would not refund us. As we were arguing with the manager he also stated they have no house keeping..first of all that is disgusting & why would you tell a customer that..i guess they were being honest but that literally proves my point on how dirty this hotel is. Go stay at Candlewood suites Detroit in Sterling Heights.
The staff was very nice. The breakfast was really good. I love the rewards and promotions I’m just trying to figure that out still. But I will definitely be back if I can figure out my rewards

I appreciated that all the staff were friendly and had great personalities. The pool/hot tub could use some up-keep considering the amount of people using the facilities, the water was very cloudy. On the morning of our check-out, there was a small cockroach found near the ceiling.
Our room had garbage under the bed, the pool and spa area was not taken care of, about 50 people over the limit and nobody seemed to care how unsafe it was. No towels in pool area, when we asked for some we were asked to use our room towels and they would get us towels for our room. They never did.
The heat didn’t work a maintenance guy came at one in the morning and tried to fix it but it was still cold. I froze all night and I don’t think I should have to pay for the room.
Check your room for critters, especially your mattress. The management and staff were accommodating but better safe than sorry. Two night...three room...new incident for each room.
Staff was nice. Hotel was ok. Room service was terrible. They are not actually a part of the hotel, and literally it's just an outside company who calls a restaurant and asks them to deliver to you. So you are better off ordering delivery from that place instead. They lost my food, and made it seem like I was being unreasonable to expect my food to arrive at the room in under 2 hours.
We arrived our tv didn’t work marie ve came and replaced it with another one. So noisy in corador area slamming of doors. No warm blankets they had this pad as a blanket. Was freezing all night. Called to get a actual blanket but no one answered. Breakfast finished way to early should be extended till tenam
I had to pay a $100 security deposit via credit card. 2 days later I was billed $100 AGAIN for the SAME security deposit!!! I WAS ONLY THERE 1 DAY, I WAS NOT EVEN IN TOWN 2 DAYS LATER! Some one is scaming, let alone charging an EXTRA $100 security deposit, not ALL of us can afford!

I asked the front desk clerk to make sure we were getting a clean room being that we had to wait until after check in to get into a room! Soon as we were able to check into our room I did a room scan and the place were we are supposed to clean our body (the bathroom) tub was the most filthiest! I took pictures and brought it to the housekeeping and they act like I was making things up! Worst hotel experience ever!
