Dated, but in good repair. Clean and the mattress and pillows were in good condition. Restaurant is our 7-9, we came in at 8.45 and were still able to get some items that didn't need the grill. On the ground floor, the room above was about around midnight. The noise wouldn't have been so annoying ...
