"Guest services, restaurant staff, housekeeping and all staff we encountered were absolutely phenomenal. Professional, polite, friendly and welcoming. It was nice to be back in Zimbabwe after over a decade and to be reminded of what it feels like to be home. "Hotel is situated in the downtown of Victoria Falls. Price and room facility are reasonable while the staff is reall helpful when they helped managing for local contact during my accident (ankle twist). Really appreciated their service mind and help (providing me the balm for my ankle). There is a minimart on the 1st floor so it is conveniece for you to buy something you may need. Really love staff/people there!"

"The breakfast was outstanding, the rooms were adequate in size and very clean with air conditioning. Staff was incredibly friendly, everywhere you walked you would be greeted with a “Hello” “Good Morning” “How did you sleep?” This place was just fantastic. I don’t want to leave! I heard other people say that same thing too."

"They’re doing their best. It’s a kind of pay as you go hotel. They make you pay for each step because they are very decentralized. The restaurant for breakfast, the bar, the shuttle to the airport, etc. It’s not a bad place to stay, but don’t expect a lot. The stuff were pretty nice, but things move at a slow pace. Shout out to the laundry staff and house keeping. They were very professional and timely."

"Room upgrade was a pleasant suprise however ruined by noisy inconsiderate guests in the surrounding rooms. Waiting staff watched me arrive in good time for a dinner order then deliberately ignored me on instruction from the chef whilst I sat in plain view of them all. When I eventually caught their attention, the chef told them to tell me the kitchen closes at 8pm."
