"Great visit! Especially enjoyed visiting the tea house and learning from the tea master. Amazing architecture, service, breakfast, and grounds. Convenient location right next to the Old Town. Glad we stayed there."

"I think they should put doors for the bathtub for more privacy."

"직원들이 친절하고 아침조식은 화려하지않지만 정성스럽게 준비했어요. 고궁가기편하고 활동하기편한 숙소"

"Very conveniently located in the old town, in the less busy area. However, the busy area is just a 10 minute walk away. Manager is very hospitable, and speaks great English."

"Nice hotel, beautifully decoration in lobby and common areas. Rooms on the small side do Chinese standards, but good enough. Furniture for me was reaching its life limit for me, but comfortable indeed. Short on facilities (just one restaurant) and if you want to have a drink at the bar, the challenge is to find a waiter as they are the same attending the restaurant and they need to run for one end to the other. Waiters however, really nice and helpful"

"Staffs are so helpful. The room is clean and full of facility."

"View and service were amazing. There is a bus station in front of the hotel parking from Lijiang old Town. The bus will stop at Tiger Leaping Gorge first, then ending at this hotel. We've spent a night here then took another bus direct to Shangri La the next day. "

"This hotel is near the North Railway station and not near Dongfeng square. Also if you are ordering a Didi the name of the Hotel is Time Walk S. The wifi at the hotel is effectively unusable. If useable wifi not an issue for you then i would give it a 4 star (minus 1 on location)."

"Easy to travel and good support"

"Quiet and large property with helpful staff. Particularly Jennifer and Susan. Breakfast was a large selection of food and drinks. Spa was good and on property restaurants also good"
