"Staff are exceptional. Front dest team members are courteous, professional, and quite informative. Perfect location, very near shopping mall, lots of restaurants and easy access to the interstate. Service with an authentic smile."

"The pool had some leaves on it seem a bit dirty. The jacuzzi was turned off and dirty. I am assuming it was out of service. Good shade. Personnel over the phone were friendly. In person , at the front desk not soo much. He was a male worker"

"Hotel is modern, incredibly clean, laminate floors so you dont have to worry about mystery stains. Breakfast is terrible. Literally yogurt and muffins. That's it. The bed seemed to be made of recycled dodgeballs and tires and it was on a rickety squeaky TEMU metal frame. Good luck having quiet sleep or quiet sexy times. If you can get it at a discount, go for it. Otherwise look elsewhere."

"After a long day of travel, I arrived at the hotel at 10:45 p.m. The room temperature was a stifling 85-90 degrees. I inquired about the reason for the high temperature, and the front desk informed me that due to low occupancy, they had turned off the air conditioning. I asked if there was a cooler room available, but unfortunately, they had none. Exhausted and frustrated, I decided to end the conversation."

"The room was dirty and smelled like mildew, poop stains on shower curtain, dirty floors, one bed was wet, not staying here again, staff didnt help much or try and switch us rooms."

"There is historic and there is just run down. This was just run down. We had stayed here a few years back and was fine but this time there was Black mold in shower. Advertised free breakfast, this was no longer offered. Hair dryer did not work. Walls were filthy and in need of paint. We were supposedly given a free upgrade when we checked in. I wonder what we would have received if we had not of gotten an upgrade? We do not recommend staying here again."
