"Fuji Lake Hotel was a wonderful place to stay. The check-in process was a little different from what you might expect, but go with it—they clearly have their own approach and are trying to create a more enjoyable and efficient guest experience.
Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. One of the highlights of our stay was the private onsen with Mount Fuji as the backdrop. It was a truly beautiful and memorable experience that will stay with us for a long time.
The hotel shuttle was extremely useful, not only for arrival and departure but also throughout our stay. Being able to hop on and off made it much easier to explore the surrounding area without worrying about transportation.
AKAFUJI Restaurant was another highlight, offering an excellent dining experience and a wide range of Japanese cuisine.
