"Our fridge, shower and window leaked. The hotel is currently under construction."

"I appreciate the cleanliness and modernization of the hotel and the rooms. The pricing is also very reasonable. The exercise equipment in the room is an added bonus. The only drawback is they don’t include breakfast. That’s not a dealbreaker for me, they have a restaurant on premises and there are plenty of places nearby to eat. This is my second time staying at the property. I hope they maintain the standard. A lot of hotels I have been do not adhere to the standard of cleanliness."

"Was close to family, and has been used by other family members. Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast, free parking and a close spot."

"Place is outdated needs a major upgrade. Water was hot for the shower or whirlpool. Can’t use any apps or anything on the tv. Wasn’t worth the price at all"

"The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing 5 stars for the chef!!! And the staff at the bar were great!! The only thing I didn’t like was the charge for the amenities because a lot of them I didn’t use and my room was not as clean as it should of been someone actually used the bathroom and didn’t flush when I arrived."

"Difficulty checking in. Did not receive the room I reserved. Had to go back to the front desk 3 times to get the correct room. The room was dingy and the room needs an update. Bathroom had mold around the caulking in the bathroom. The windows were open and I could only get one to latch completely. There was no phone in the room which I consider a safety hazard. If there had been an emergency with my 94-year-old mother traveling with me, there was no phone to contact the front desk. I was told by...

"A/c was not working , hair dryer wasn’t working . The place needs more love"

"We stayed for 3 nights and we loved it. The room was clean. Staff were super friendly. They even gave us a gift for leaving them a review which I think is kinda cool. Breakfast was good with many options. They even heat up our food for us. It has plenty of parking and right off I-55, which is super convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"We love saying here love the property. Only complaint is the windows aren’t very sound proof, too much street traffic and noise .also, went to grab breakfast, they told Us the kitchen was closed at 1030, i looked at my watch and it was 1031 . But we will still come back with our a white noise maker and awareness to get to breakfast before 1029 am"

"Great staff. Very polite and helpful."

"We loved the breakfast. There was a lot of variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was good. There were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby."
