"We liked the grounds, the spa, and the location. The wifi could have been better, and the available jigsaw puzzles and books fell short."

"They have a bistro, which provides a complementary breakfast with a wide assortment of food, plus a complementary cocktail after 5pm, as well as a menu serving a variety of items. Very nice to just get 'back home' if you will, and not have to go back out after a long day of business meetings"

"The staff at this location is beyond compare. They are efficient and caring. They handled all the weird requests I gave them for without blinking."

"Fun! Nice staff and good dining options!"

"The price I paid Expedia was too high. Twice the regular price of the same room!!!!"

"Our room was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The included breakfast was exceptional as it had both traditional continental as well as several delicious hot options each day. I would definitely stay there again."

"Clean room. Great breakfast."

"Room was fine, bedding was clean, but there was human hair on the bathroom floor shelf under the sink, it was dusty and just didn’t feel clean. Another guest was given keys to our room and entered while we were there making an awkward situation for both us. The desk attendant did call to apologize and was very nice about it. Overall it was fine for the price but I probably would not stay there again. Maybe we were given and different level of clean because we had a dog with us but pet hair is...

"The room was dirty. Both trashcans had trash in them and the bathroom sink was dirty with hairs in it and on the vanity."

"Clean, nice comfortable king-size bed! Good working ac/heat, super nice and friendly staff. Felt safe in the area, super close to the university. There are food places nearby and gas stations and a Walgreens! Close to I-5. They have breakfast we didn’t wake up early enough to try. Bathroom was clean and the good working shower!"

"The toilet was Toto brand and it was the kind that sprayed the back side ...I had tried it in airport in Tokyo before...it was a unique experience as it had heated seat also."

"It’s a perfect place to stay while visiting my son at WWU. Conveniently located, helpful staff, clean room."
