"The 24hr check-in and 11am late check out was wonderful. The staff were all very helpful. The breakfast was very good with good vegetarian and vegan options. The room was clean and there were enough tea, coffee and milk portions. The shower was amazing! Very good price as well."

"Stayed here over the bank holiday as a family of 4. The hotel itself is nice and the outside space is green and relaxing.
However, we were given a very hot top-floor room during 28°C weather, with no air conditioning and windows that barely opened. The fan provided did not help and none of us could sleep. This room really should not have been given to a family in such hot weather in the first place.
At 2am we had to ask for another room, which meant moving tired children in the middle of the...

"The rooms are kept in a decent condition, are spacious and have everything you need from a mini-fridge, iron, TV with a selection of working channels, a safe and of course tea and coffee making facilities. We were provided with two bottles of water too. With only one picture on the wall the room looks a bit bland, especially with its colour scheme. There are plenty of plug sockets with USB ports (not USBC).
Due to the hotel's design and location, you are mainly only going to get views of the car...

"Rooms in need of refurbishment bathrooms had mould on ceiling and grout, and toilet stained. Big quiet room and bed and pillows quiet firm. Staff friendly and attentive. Food average. Bar very dated."

"Hotel was ok. Heavy carpets throughout the hotel that made pulling suitcases difficult. Breakfast was ok as well. Value was good"

"Room was fairly clean and serviced (when requested, e.g. top up of teas/coffees/milk/ biscuits).
Staff courteous and helpful when asked questions.
Breakfast was very basic, but ok.
Parking nearby restricted and CV could be difficult."
