"Location, facilities, staff"

"The Peninsula is well located, beautiful surrounds, walking distance to centre of Manado. The staff were good, the breakfast very good and excellent lounges and well appointed bar area. The room was of generous size but water not warm. The pool and outside area was enjoyable."

"We heard great reviews for this hotel from friends in Manado, so we booked a room for our stay. I’m giving five stars because I believe my friends. However, a volcano meant that our flight turned around 30 minutes before we were supposed to land in Manado. We couldn’t use our reservation. I wrote to Expedia and the hotel to cancel the reservation. Expedia said they couldn’t refund the money because they needed to first receive the consent of the hotel and the hotel didn’t respond the hotel...

"Comfortable and modern business hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable, good shower and WiFi. Breakfast buffet has a lot of choice, something for everyone and very good. Walking distance from good restaurants (the hotel restaurant is also very good) and shopping malls."

"Ik kreeg een rook kamer met blinde muren. Geen ramen. Na 2 nachten kreeg ik op eigen verzoek een rook vrije kamer met uitzicht op zee. Geen extra kosten voor deze upgrade te betalen. Het ontbijt was goed en de bediening prima. Bij check out vanochtend ontbijtje mee gekregen ivm het vroege tijdstip om 5 uur am. "
