"Everyone was nice and did a wonderful job from valet to front desk to housekeeping. Their attitudes were pleasant. The hotel has access to the people mover that takes you around downtown but you have to use a room key to get through to the lobby. It is safe and clean. This is our second stay there and my go to!"

"The hotel is beautiful and clean. The beds are very comfortable, and the location is central to most anything you may want to do downtown. With how expensive the stay is though, it’s strange that they charge extra for breakfast and valet parking is $48 a night when you can self park for $10 in the same parking garage. "

"Me and my husband came to Michigan to celebrate our 10yr anniversary. We booked the room on the road when we got there we were allowed to check in (such a blessing). Everything was nice and clean. No funny smells at all. The property around the parking lot was sort of messy, but this no reflection on the Hilton itself, that’s due to nasty, trifling guest. We would definitely book here again."
