"We state in the basic room, however the room was very basic for the level of the hotel they claimed to be, not even a kettle, one towel per person just a tiny piece on soap on the sink and small soap dispenser in the shower, we got only three coats hangers between two of us, room looked very cheap, we stayed in other 4 star establishments in Tallinn , so came with some expectations, very disappointed, spa is very small and basic, cafe area not cleaned with rubbish and food on the floor mixed...

It’s very close to many attractions making it easy to explore by walking. There’s a nice bakery across the street from the hotel and many nice restaurants in the same street. "Clean hotel and excellent staff. A really good buffet breakfast too. Later free checkout was allowed and that was much appreciated. The hotel is in a central location, and perfect for exploring the Old Town. It is in a lovely old building, but this should be taken in consideration as complete step free access isn’t possible from all rooms. Overall a delightful experience, and I would definitely stay here again. "
