"Lovely hotel and excellent staff"

"I would definitely come here again. It's located near the Vatican...10-15 minute walk ...tops. Great staff, nice breakfast, will arrange a taxi for you. My room felt warm and muggy most of the time. I didn't ask for help with this. I'm finding this to be the case in Florence too. We Americans love our cooler air conditioning."

"This Hotel was exceptional for its cleanliness and quality of service. The breakfast which was included was excellent and everything about staying here is peaceful and quiet. It may be away from the central location of Rome but they offered courtesy free shuttle to the Metro, where you can launch on city adventures. Overall our stay at this Hotel was truly spectacular."

"Staff was exceptionally helpful, and kind. Breakfast had lots of options, and overall was delicious. My only complaint would be with the coffee. I ordered an americano and the brought a big pot full of coffee. It was weak and didn’t have the same bite (it might be better to just make a cup). The location was ideal for being in the heart of things. With a stocked fridge which was all complimentary, including a little bottle of prosecco!"

"Good location, beautiful interior, best value yet, would stay again"

"Fantastic location. Beautiful, elegant, historic look and feel, updated to also be modern and stylish."

"Was a great hotel!"

"I loved the location, great rooftop bar and the breakfast buffet was very good."

"I was last here in 2010 the property has aged , needs an update! Room was just OK ! Front desk staff were a little short with requests! However I would stay here again as the location is perfect!"

"Me encantó el lugar porque es una especie de ciudad, donde se cuenta con lavandería, supermercado, alberca, restaurant y hasta música en vivo hubo. Me encantó."

"The cross hôtel est très bien situé. Accessible facilement à pied tout en étant suffisamment loin des quartiers agités du centre. Rien à redire sur la propreté des lieux. La chambre est spacieuse. Rooftop appréciable en fin de journée Je recommande"

"The room was simple & clean. The light switches were very annoying, you never knew what you were turning on. The shower was excellent, but the space in the bathroom was too small, poorly laid out. Glass shelf above the tea & coffee was dangerous, my partner hit his head twice, very poorly placed. The staff were excellent and breakfast was very nicely presented. We would happily stay again."
