"The location is ideal, a 2-minute ferry ride to downtown Port Vila. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful. Our bungalow was perfectly positioned #53. We had a view of the mainland and could see part of the pool area and the restaurant, but far enough away that the noise didn't bother us. I love people watching, so the constant flow kept me amused. "Location was good . Only a short bus ride into town . Very quiet and peaceful . It is self-contained so we brought a lot of snacks over from Australia as it is very expensive over there. Breakfast was very slow . Nearly missed our tour because our order wasn’t placed properly , another 2 times they got the order wrong and then tried to charge me for something I hadn’t even bought when we were checking out . "Loved our stay. Staff were amazing. The snorkelling was great, just as expected. Hideaway is very relaxing, quiet with few residents. Even with day trippers, it didn't seem that busy. Food was great. Not alot of options but this the Beach Bar near by, there is plenty for all. Will definitely be going back."

"Pool villa 4 was nothing like the pictures on the website which was very misleading. Very poorly maintained villa. No minibar or even milk to have with a coffee. Instant coffee sachets were not fit for consumption. No room key or batteries for safe could be provided. Front door had hole at the bottom allowing anything to crawl in which occurred. "Absolutely lovely,helpful staff and convenient location in walking distance from Port Vila. Regrettably the property needs maintenance and updating. The water for showers is lukewarm, the internet needs updating as iit was unavailable and the lagoon can't be used due to pollution from sewerage. It has potential if some money is spent on the facilities."

"Peaceful, relaxing, and a great place to unwind. The view was amazing and we looked forward to every meal overlooking the water. Snorkeling, paddling boarding, sea kayaking, and private access to water within steps of our bungalow. The staff was kind, friendly, and absolutely wonderful. We loved it here!"
