"The bathroom was not very clean, there was hair in the shower that was not mine. I was also very disappointed that the tour I booked was cancelled only an hour before it was supposed to start. I had no idea it could be cancelled. I had no time to book another tour and my entire day was turned upside down."

Kids club was a huge letdown - zero kids and the indoor and outdoor area was dusty (literal dust on a box of toys brought out for my daughter). "As soon as I walked in, I felt so relaxed. I had a garden view room but it’s only a short walk to the beach, and at night time I could hear a bit of the ocean sound from my room which is very relaxing. The room is big and clean. The bathroom is quite interesting, it’s like an open one with stone walls and a hut on the top, very unique. There are so bugs but they provide you the spray and mosquito incense. All the staffs are so lovely. But if you see Jack at the bar, make sure to say hello...

"The Nasama Resort has great facilities; large, clean rooms with many amenities; a lovely pool and small private beach; and great restaurants. For the price, it is amazing. But the best part is the staff, who are all very kind and competent. I highly recommend it! "

"A truly luxury experience. Lagoon pool villas were well appointed and great location to everything whilst still being private. Food first class, ala carte menu changed daily. Staff were of course the highlight of the stay. So happy, helpful and accommodating. All were quick to claim credit as the chef when a meal was praised!
