"Great location, staff, facilities, food, and the VIEW !!!! One of the BEST experiences we have had across all of our travels"

"We had the best time at Hotel Lago Grey - the staff were extremely helpful and it is set up to help you get the most out of your trip with the least amount of effort required. I only gave it 4 stars because whilst the view from the room is out of this world - some basic amenities like a kettle and provision of water were missing, and there was only one restaurant and menu of food options to choose from. However, the staff were super responsive and went out of the way to really help you. They...

"This was a beautiful property with a gorgeous lake and mountain view. Nice restaurant with a good buffet breakfast and tasty food on the menu for lunch or dinner. The sore point of our stay was at the very start we had a terrible encounter with one of the front desk staff- Yelkna. We were 8 persons (2kids) in 3 rooms and her tone was very abrasive and unnecessarily rude. Some of us only had e-copies of our PDI forms which we were able to email to the hotel but she still treated us harshly....

"Breakfast was ok, plenty of bread and various sweet spreads, scrambled egg was brought out in a china bowl and left on the side so got cold quickly. There was a yoghurt and fruit option but I would say the breakfast was very basic and not the greatest quality."

"Okay stay"

"Loved this hotel even though we only had 1 night. Nice room, free waterholes and refill station. Amazing view. Breakfast was lovely and they started early as we were leaving on a tour. Ate at the restaurant fir dinner and the food was great. Only thing we had problems with was the room and restaurant needed a fan as it was unusually hit and the giant glass windows had soaked up a the sun and we couldn't get it cool."

"Very friendly front desk who were kind enough to set up our cab to the bus station for us. Extra big shoutout to our bartender and waiter (same guy) who was just wonderful!"

"Beautiful hotel, amazing views from every room, staff were very welcoming. We greatly enjoyed our stay!"

"The place was perfect for what we needed. A quiet place to sleep for a night and close enough to Torres del Paine NP, we could return early in the morning. The room felt cold, but the warm comfy bed and blankets kept us warm at night. We slept well! The breakfast was more than enough and the staff was nice."

"Amazing place in the entrance of the National Park, very comfortable room and a fantastic buffet style dinner in a beautiful, wood dinner room."

"O hotel é lindo! Acolhedor, limpo e a equipe bem simpática. Recomendo 100%"

"Todo en explora es excelente. Habitacion, limpieza, personsl, spa. Me encantó el jacuzzi exterior"

"El hotel está en remodelación completa. Ruido, polvo y mugre por todos lados"
