"Orator is a local gem- outside of the main Apia area with lots of Samoan charm. Set in beautiful tropical gardens, great pool. Rooms a good size and lovely helpful staff. The big prize is the Sunday To'ona'i- traditional Samoan lunch- which is spectacular Samoan cuisine with a rollicking crowd of after- church happy locals, all there for the food. Big kudos to Jerry and Charlotte for keeping it real Samoan. Internet was spotty but they are working to resolve this. For a tru Samoan hospitality...

While the hotel does not offer as many amenities as some of the higher-priced hotels, it is a decent and comfortable option for the price. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciated how helpful and attentive the staff were."
