"I love the customer service provided daily. The hotel t's self is amazing. The restaurant. the Cleanliness of the place. Sheraton is the best for us as a family."

"This group went above and beyond the entire time. From the activities, to room cleanliness, to the beds being comfortable, everything exceeded expectations in this trip. I would definitely recommend this resort. It's well placed from downtown Apia and nearby shopping. We will be back on our next visit. Only advice for travelers. Book your spa appointment in advance. The spa books up quick. 5⭐️s"

"A wonderful place. We stayed in a garden fale and it was perfect."

"Awesome staff members."

"Clean rooms, staff were extra attentive to our needs! We had extended our stay and requested to stay in the same room, they were more than accommodating. Super friendly staff and the beach was literally just a few steps away from our room, they provided us with clean towels daily and just overall would definitely recommend to visit their establishment if ever on island. Free breakfast daily , the menu was simple yet delicious! Be sure to try their on in house brew— will definitely be back"

"The stuff of her absolutely fabulous, beautiful smiling faces that were happy to help wherever it was needed. Restaurant for breakfast not that great."

"Spacious clean room, cool pool, and convenient location for exploring Apia! Right next to the Parliament and the courthouse. Awesome experience!"

"The whole room is perfect for our stay. Just the shower it will be nice if there's a door or curtain."

"It’s a good size room with 2double beds. Aircon was ok, as the heat was too overpowering. Close to town enough but away from crowds"

"Cleanliness in the bathroom definitely needed some work. The bars of soap supplied was so old it was ripped and modly. Even the sink under the soap looked like it hadn’t been washed in monthly because of the built up mold. There was also hair in the toilet which obviously means there was no cleaning done properly or at all. Pool was not available also. Staff were okay but the state of the room was not okay especially for the amount the room is for."
