"Wir waren vom 01. bis 03.05.2026 hier. Es war einfach ein tolles Erlebnis. Das Hotel, sehr ruhig in der sehr gepflegten Parkanlage gelegen, umgeben von Golfplätzen, insgesamt so liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert! In der ersten Etage überwog die Nostalgie, in der zweiten das Moderne, und alles hat wunderbar gepasst. So viel Platz und so viel Liebe zum Detail! Der Spabereich war ein Traum. Wünschenswert wären jedoch Handläufe am Yakuzzi, auch am unteren Treppenabsatz im Erdgeschoss. Dann würden...

"We had a lovely stay this the Monopol - great location, lovely breakfast and the kids loved the pool. My only irk was the lighting in the bedrooms - the rooms were incredibly dark with little natural light and only dim mood lighting dotted about. This made it difficult to get ready properly/do make up without looking like a clown once you got outside."

"Pros: Breakfast was good. Size of the room was good. Location was good. Cons: WiFi in the room was very weak, and there were no open working area in the hotel, so I had to sit in the lobby, in which then they blasted music in the afternoon/evenings. They did have conference rooms, but they said it would cost $20/hr! I do not recommend this hotel, if you plan to work."

"Bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel finde ich es eigentlich nicht zu viel verlangt, mit einem Lächeln begrüßt zu werden und nicht mit militärischem Befehlston. Unsere Bitte, ein Zimmer mit Blick zum Fluss zu bekommen, wurde dann auch sofort und ohne Überprüfung abgelehnt (dabei konnte man am Parkplatz sehen, dass das Hotel nicht überbelegt war). Auch das Personal an der Bar war sehr unfreundlich und abweisend. Von der Putzfrau wurden am 2. Tag alte Handtücher zwar weggeräumt aber keine neuen gebracht....

"Buon hotel in posizione leggermente defilata rispetto alla parte piu viva del centro storico, vicino alla Cattedrale di San Giovanni Battista e al Ponte Tumsky. Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, con una menzione speciale per la colazione. Come in molti hotel di questa categoria, a volte il design va a scapito della praticità: non mi è piaciuto che il bagno fosse diviso dalla camera da una parete in vetro pixelato che lasciava intravedere tutto all'interno.
