Although inside the apartment was clean when we arrived, the balcony was dirty and we were advised it would be cleaned the next day. By day 4, I had to ask 4 times for the balcony to be cleaned as well as a room clean as we had no cleaning service up until that point (not even fresh towels)."

Not sure we needed the pool as the sea was so close and warm. But families were loving it and it was Nice and clean. Water went off every day for a period as did electricity- the electricity I think was all of uppuveli. Toilet broke on first day and was mended within the hour. I would say good value for the price. "The room was clean, but the bathroom was not. The room was not cleaned during the week except once on request. Hence, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. The shower door could not be closed. The whole building needs an uplift. Looks old, and not as attractive as the other hotels. Pool was good and clean. Staff were very obliging and helpful. Nothing was too hard for them."
