"We enjoyed our stay. We were on our way to drop our daughter at Syracuse and spent two nights here. We had breakfast here and the food was excellent. the hotel is very close to the downtown area and the lake. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and putting green areas in the evenings too. We will stay here again! Everything is brand new."

"The pic on the website of expedia and hotel did not match. If you are not in the main building then you are very far from the lake and spa. No breakfast in the hotel, Not at all freindly staff when you check in, we checked in at 11 o'clock at night and they didn"t help us with our luggage. rooms were so so small...."

"Upon approaching the lodge, we were appalled at the condition of the building. It was run down and the landscaping needed attention. We were also very surprised to read a note on the outside of room saying that all Finger Lakes Lodging guests must register at the Mirbeau Inn & Spa down the road. We did as the note requested and went down to the spa. I wasn't very far away. Upon approaching the front desk I was asked how I was today. I said very disappointed in the condition of the building...

"I like the room. It was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked very well and the room was nice and cool. The refrigerator was wonderful because it kept a lot stuff nice and cold. I even brought a small ice cube tray with me and made ice and it froze nicely. The only major issue I had was when I went to take a shower. It seemed like the hot water was taken a very long time to get hot and it didn’t stay hot but very long. "There was a musty odor to the room. Linens on bed felt partially damp at the feet. Room was clean. When I opened the mini fridge, it fell off the platform."
